Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CABLESOLUTION.NET and any customer (individual or professional) making a purchase on the website cablesolution.net.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. CABLESOLUTION.NET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the date of the order.

Article 2 - Seller Identification

3.1 Description

Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur. Photographs shown on the website are not contractual.

3.2 Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of a product after placing an order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Article 4 - Prices

4.1 Price Display

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), including all taxes (TTC) including VAT at the current rate. Delivery costs are not included and are indicated before final order validation.

4.2 B2B Pricing

Professional customers with a validated account benefit from preferential rates. These rates are displayed excluding taxes (HT) and VAT is calculated according to the applicable tax regime.

4.3 Price Changes

CABLESOLUTION.NET reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5 - Orders

5.1 Order Process

The customer selects the desired products and adds them to their cart. They then validate their cart, fill in their delivery and billing information, choose their delivery and payment method, then confirm their order.

5.2 Confirmation

A confirmation email summary is sent to the customer after order validation. CABLESOLUTION.NET reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of previous dispute, suspected fraud, or payment problem.

5.3 Modification/Cancellation

Any request to modify or cancel an order must be made by email to contact@cablesolution.net as soon as possible after ordering and before shipment.

Article 6 - Payment

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (subject to conditions)
• Check payment (professional customers only)

6.2 Payment Security

Bank card transactions are secured by SSL encryption. CABLESOLUTION.NET never has access to the customer's banking information.

6.3 B2B Payment Terms

Validated professional customers may benefit from specific payment terms (deferred payment, periodic billing) subject to prior agreement.

Article 7 - Delivery

7.1 Delivery Areas

CABLESOLUTION.NET delivers throughout Morocco. For deliveries outside Morocco, please contact us.

7.2 Delivery Times

These times are indicative and start from payment confirmation.

7.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. They are indicated before final order validation. Free delivery may be available above a certain purchase amount.

7.4 Receipt

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package. In case of visible damage, the customer must make written and detailed reservations on the delivery slip and inform us within 48 hours.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Individual Customers

In accordance with applicable legislation, individual customers have 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

8.2 Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and unused
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return

8.3 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, custom-cut cables, or products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.

8.4 Professional Customers

Professional customers do not benefit from the legal right of withdrawal. Any return must be subject to prior agreement.

Article 9 - Warranty

9.1 Legal Warranty of Conformity

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defect of conformity found within 2 years of delivery, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.

9.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects

The customer may also invoke the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with articles 549 and following of the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts.

9.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, product modification, or normal wear and tear.

Article 10 - Liability

CABLESOLUTION.NET shall not be liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of profit, loss of customers) resulting from the use of products sold.

CABLESOLUTION.NET's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 11 - Force Majeure

CABLESOLUTION.NET cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

Article 12 - Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing amicable agreement, Moroccan courts shall have sole jurisdiction. Moroccan law is applicable.
